We ship purchases within 2 business days of the order date via standard UPS ground. All shipping prices are for the contiguous United States only. Inquiries for International shipping can be directed to cookie@cooksofcrocushill.com or 651.329.3837
Gift cards that are not a part of a product order are mailed via US Postal Service within 3 business days of the order. Tracking #’s are not available for these. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your Gift Certificate. You may contact us if you would like to confirm shipment date.

Can’t wait to use your new espresso machine and wondering when it will arrive? When your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation email from us that includes the UPS tracking information. So go to UPS.com, enter your tracking number and find out the exact day you can enjoy a latte.

RETURNS – ONLINE PRODUCT PURCHASES

If you decide you want to return an item, please email us at cookie@cooksofcrocushill.com or call 651-329-3837 to make arrangements for UPS to come pick the item up at your doorstep.
To receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by a Cooks representative before they are shipped to us. Unauthorized returns and/or returns not sent via our carrier will be rejected.
And for your convenience, we also accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on our website at any of our retail locations.
Not only can you, but what better way to spread the love of food and cooking to friends and family. And who knows, maybe you’ll even get a nice meal out of it. Gift Certificates will be mailed to the shipping address provided.

We apologize, but we do not offer gift wrap at this time.
State and local taxes are applied to all orders (including shipping costs) sent to locations in the state of Minnesota. Otherwise, no taxes are applied to out-of-state shipments.

Yes, you will automatically receive loyalty points for your purchases, with the exception of gift certificates. Those points will be given to the person redeeming the gift certificate. That way they can get a jump start on becoming a Cooks Stuff member.
