Cooks' Brine Mix

Our own blend of brining spices forthe perfect moist and succulent turkey. Mix one half of brine mix with one gallon of water. Brine for 8 – 12 hours in a cool location. Remove and cover bird with foil, overnight in the fridge to dry. Cook as per your recipe. Delicious everytime! Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Orange Peel, Rosemary, Peppercorns (Black Tellicherry & Pink), Sage, Allspice, Coriander, Garlic, Thyme, Cardamom, Grains of Paradise, Juniper Berries and Lavender.
